大家好!
In 2019, a few of your fellow Jags met on campus to start the 黑人校友会
(BAS). COVID caused us to stumble a little. However, I am glad to say it didn’t stop
us. We are not where we want or should be, but we are here. 我鼓励所有黑人
alumni to join us as we work to support current and future black students at the University
南阿拉巴马州.

- Encourage USA Black 校友 to support the goals and mission of the University of 南 阿拉巴马州
- To increase the black student engagement through communication, outreach, networking, education, and events to serve as a voice for USA Black 校友.
- To serve as professional mentors to future and current black students and alumni.
- To promote scholarship assistance to black students and guide them to a successful 完成程度.
This year we have several programs in which we would like to have your support. 1) Monthly lunch sponsored by the BAS. 2) Black History Month – Career Networking Social, 3)黑人校友周末.
September 21-23, 2023, Black 校友 Weekend and 同学会.
The second Thursday of each month the BAS sponsors lunch for current students at the Multicultural Leadership Center on Campus.
February 2024, we will co-host the 3 rd Annual Career Networking Social with the National 校友 Association at the 麦昆校友中心.
